In the face of almost unbearable expectations, the Wachowski brothers deliver a sequel that soars to places only hinted at in the original.. ... the situations are just so ludicrous that it really detracts from the quality of the special effects .... Schwarzenegger misses no opportunity to be hilarious. How many actors can make you chuckle even when they're being waterboarded?. If you're 14 or younger in age or sensibility, you may giggle at some of the bons mots.. Just don't get your hopes up...
