With so much emphasis on proselytizing, there's little energy remaining for, you know, characters, plotting, dialogue ... pacing .... I'm not going to give it away, but there's a final plot twist in this movie that is beyond absurd.. Schamus and his fellow screenwriters have taken the most pompous elements of superhero comics -- the humorless archetypes, the italicized declamations -- and inflated them until they nearly burst with the strain.. The Rapture won't come soon enough for the unfortuna...
